A gorgeous coral and marcasite bracelet from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This beautiful German bracelet is made of silver and comprised of decorative oxblood coral links which wrap around the entire length of the piece. The cabochon coral stones have magnificent deep orange red color and are oval in shape. The links are octagonal shaped and each stone is set within a bed of delicate marcasite stones, adding a lovely sparkle! The bracelet wraps comfortably around the wrist and fastens with a push clasp disguised within the final link. The tongue of the clasp is stamped "900". A fabulous Art Deco piece, it would make a beautiful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/8" long and would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. Each coral link measures approximately 3/4" wide and 1/2" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides?normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting or to the coral and marcasite stones, all of which are intact. The push clasp is secure and in good working condition. There is a natural patina on the surface of the silver that gives the setting a slightly darkened antique appearance. This is normal for Art Deco era jewelry and adds depth and character to the piece.
